About the Client: 

A recognized British school in Sharjah.

Job Description: 

- Lead the Secondary School’s daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with the school’s vision and strategic priorities.

- Oversee curriculum development, teaching practices, and assessment, ensuring a modern, engaging learning environment for students in Years 7-13.

- Provide professional learning opportunities, monitor staff performance, and foster team building and welfare.

- Manage student welfare, behaviour support, and community service initiatives, working closely with parents and relevant staff.

- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote the school, engage with families, and enhance community relations.

Skills

Qualifications:

- Open to British, Irish, or South African nationalities

- 50 years old and below

- Related Bachelor’s and Master’s degree

- At least 5 years of experience in the similar role, preferably in UAE under a British-curriculum school.

- Knowledge in performance indicators of the UAE framework, EBP standards, QA Cycle, etc. 

- Immediate joiners are highly prioritized
