Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and handling inquiries from clients.
Client Communication: Interact with customers via phone and email to address their queries, provide product information, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
Proposal and Quotation Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and finalize sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Liaise with other departments to meet customer delivery expectations.
Sales Documentation: Maintain organized records of sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation. Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels and stock availability, coordinating with the inventory and logistics teams to meet customer demand.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls to introduce our IT solutions and services. Identify decision-makers within organizations and initiate meaningful conversations to assess their IT needs.
Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, either in-person or virtually, to understand their IT requirements and present our solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations as needed.
