Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret business needs to develop technical solutions for banking operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement banking systems and solutions.
- Evaluate current systems, recommend improvements, and oversee upgrades or new implementations.
- Provide technical expertise for banking applications such as Core Banking, Payments, Risk Management, and Digital Channels.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve system-related problems, and ensure system availability and performance.
- Document business requirements, technical specifications, and solution designs.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging banking technologies to ensure solutions are future-proof.
- Lead or participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide training or guidance to junior team members.
Skills
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of banking systems (Core Banking, Digital Channels, Payments, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with SQL, data analysis tools, and system integration.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in banking.
- Knowledge/Experience in Middleware & APIs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in relevant banking technologies (e.g., Oracle Flexcube, Temenos, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and fintech innovations.
