Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a change management qualification (Prosci, etc) a significant plusExtensive experience in various change management models and methodologies that you can leverage to select appropriate approachesProficient in using project management software (e.g., Jira) for planning and trackingExceptional written and communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and engaging key stakeholders to be active agents in the change processStrong analytical abilities to gather and interpret data, identifying trends and patterns to drive successful change initiatives
