Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Support the audit process by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in optimizing liquidity for operational needs.
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide insights on cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle office administration tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and support HR functions as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Arab national with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance
  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
