Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to translate business goals into effective web designs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design ideas
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile devices
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring consistent design and functionality
- Test and troubleshoot website issues across different browsers and devices
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Website Designer or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and understanding of user experience
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic coding skills are a plus)
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Dubai and/or home country work experience is acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) is a plus
- Degree or certification in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred but not required)
