We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve complaints, handle issues, and provide information about products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Work closely with other departments to address and solve customer concerns.
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high call volumes.

Company provides visa, accommodation and transportation costs, weekly off.
