Job Description - Tele-sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the call and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities would include:

Contact potential or existing customers to sell our product or service using scripts

Answer questions about products or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Enter and update customer information in the database

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information


Work Location: Dubai

Benefits: Transportation Allowance, Breakfast and Lunch provided at office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,400.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Tele sales or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Hindi is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
