Logistics Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies tailored to the MEA region, aligned with the company’s global objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvement, and service level enhancement across all logistics operations.
Warehouse and Inventory Management:
- Oversee warehousing activities, inventory control, and distribution centers to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards in all facilities.
Transportation and Distribution Management:
- Manage inbound and outbound transportation, including air, sea, and ground freight, to achieve reliable and timely delivery.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party logistics providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
Supplier and Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the MEA region, including vendors, government authorities, and customs officials.
Budget and Cost Optimization:
- Develop and manage the logistics budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Track logistics KPIs and use data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement and Compliance:
- Identify, recommend, and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline logistics workflows.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and corporate policies within the MEA region.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and continuous improvement.

Skills
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on the MEA region.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers and negotiating contracts.
- Proficiency in ERP and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English & French; additional language skills relevant to the MEA region are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
