  • We at LFI food company are a dynamic and innovative international snack manufacturer that have recently opened our third manufacture factory in Dubai and are pleased to announce that a new position for sales management has opened up. we are looking for a highly motivated person with previous experience in sales management for food and beverages industries to manage our sales department. The mentioned individual must be able to gather a team of sale representatives and supervising them as well as being able to establish good relations and sales with potential clients in the UAE market.
  • You will actively monitor and maintain the presentation and organization of the retail floor, ensuring that merchandise displays are attractive, well-stocked and properly labeled to drive customer interest and sales.
  • collaborate closely with sales team to not only meet but surpass designated sales targets by proactively upselling and cross-selling products, proposing suitable alternatives, and delivering product knowledge aligned with customer requirements.
  • Join forces with the sales team to go beyond assigned sales objectives by taking the lead in upselling and cross-selling products, offering viable alternatives that resonates with customer needs.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to outperform established sales benchmarks, taking the initiative to upsell and cross-sell products, recommend fitting choices, provide product expertise that aligns with customer preferences.
  • Acting as a sales manager you'll engage customers with a welcoming approach, aiding them in product inquiries, preferences, and purchases to shape their shopping experience positively.
