Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid ads to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing both organic and paid social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, focusing on both organic growth and paid campaigns.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to achieve business goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating insights and creating monthly reports to track success and suggest improvements.
• Engage with audiences, build brand awareness, and drive meaningful interactions across all social channels.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and engaging ad creatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform algorithms, and new features to continuously refine and improve strategies.
• Develop and manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring a high return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management and marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Demonstrable experience with paid advertising on social media platforms, including campaign setup, management, and optimization.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content and campaign ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
