Sales and Business Development

  • Develop, implement, and manage strategies to attract and retain clients for a high-capacity warehouse in JAFZA.
  • Meet and exceed leasing targets for the 40,000-pallet-position facility by generating and converting leads from both regional and international sources.
  • Conduct cold calls, site tours, presentations, and networking activities to secure prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, including rental rates, contract durations, and service packages, tailored to each client’s needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, maintaining a focus on high customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, facilitating seamless onboarding and maintaining ongoing engagement to maximize retention.
  • Provide value-added solutions and anticipate client needs, ensuring strong alignment between client requirements and warehouse capabilities.

Market Intelligence and Strategic Planning

  • Conduct thorough market analysis on warehousing and logistics trends specific to JAFZA and the broader Middle East.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns aimed at clients needing large warehouse capacities.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to suggest pricing models, promotional offers, and other sales tactics that appeal to prospective clients.

Reporting and Pipeline Management

  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline through CRM software, tracking leads, opportunities, and stages for visibility and follow-ups.
  • Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline progression, and market trends to the Sales Manager, recommending adjustments where needed.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and contribute to strategic planning for warehouse occupancy and growth.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Partner with the warehouse operations team to ensure client requirements align with facility capabilities, driving high client satisfaction.
  • Work alongside finance and legal teams to draft and review contracts, ensuring all agreements are clear, binding, and beneficial to both parties.


Skills

Prior experience working within JAFZA or similar free zones in the Middle East.

Knowledge of warehousing requirements for specific industries like FMCG, e-commerce, and manufacturing.

Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.

Results-oriented with a strong drive for exceeding targets

Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills

Strategic thinking with a keen understanding of the Middle East market

Flexibility to adapt to dynamic sales environments and complex client requirements
