We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, compliance requirements, and exceptional organizational skills. We, Alfa Marine Electronics is a leading provider for Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance for all Navigation & Communications equipment and offer different support to our clients. The position is based at our SHJ (SAIF ZONE) UAE office.

Job Requirements:


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and compliance awareness.
  • Collaborate with management to address HR-related challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance.


Package:

Salary: AED 3,000- 3,500

Benefits: Company Visa, Medical, Post-paid sim card, lunch and transportation.

Transport restricted to AL Nad & Muhattah area, SHJ.


Skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • - Three-years HR experience in the service industry is a must.
  • -Familiarity with the UAE labor laws, ISO certifications, audit process and documentation
  • -Master or bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Administration
  • -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook, ERP)
  • - Immediate joiners are preferred
