Job Summary:
We are looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming experience, answering inquiries, and assisting with office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Manage appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and visitor logbook
- Handle mail distribution, couriers, and incoming deliveries
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist in booking travel arrangements and accommodations, if required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a receptionist or similar front-office role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
