Job Overview
We are seeking to hire an Office Administrator to be responsible for providing administrative and basic accounting assistance to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Perform general administrative duties, such as handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with meeting preparations, including scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain organized records of client and candidate data in the agency's database.
- Assist in preparing and processing office documents, forms, and reports.
- Provide general support to other departments as needed.
Accounting Support
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare simple financial reports as required.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry in software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
