Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute strategic objectives that align with the company’s growth goals across real estate, entertainment, and retail.
- Develop and refine operational strategies that enhance business performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability across all divisions.
- Drive operational efficiencies by implementing best practices, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Management
- Lead and mentor senior management teams within the real estate, entertainment, and retail sectors to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate across departments, including finance, marketing, and sales, to optimize resources, manage budgets, and achieve consistent brand standards.
- Business Development and Expansion

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years in a senior operational role, with proven experience in real estate, retail, or entertainment sectors.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in managing large teams, driving change, and building a high-performance culture.
