We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


  • Manage the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and calendar.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with clients, team members, and external partners on behalf of the executive.
  • Track and manage multiple tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct basic research and prepare reports as required.
  • Manage Social Media - no experience necessary, we will provide training

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Flexibility to manage varying tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
