Position Overview
Work Permit Type: Part-Time / Temporary / Full-Time (Full-Time work permit after 3 months of
100% performance check as defined in company performance policy).
Work Setup: Field-based role with remote flexibility. Minimal office presence required, allowing
work from various supplier locations across Dubai.
Location: Primarily field-based across Dubai, engaging directly with suppliers, including
manufacturers, wholesalers, and importers.
Summary:
The Purchase and Supplier Onboarding Field Executive is responsible for expanding AQAD’s
supplier network and ensuring the efficient onboarding of FMCG suppliers onto the AQAD mobile
application platform. This role requires expertise in supplier relationship management, negotiation,
and understanding of technology for supplier integration. Success in this role involves developing
strong supplier relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, and supporting suppliers in using the
platform for effective inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Building
Identify and engage with potential FMCG suppliers, presenting AQAD’s platform as a
streamlined solution for inventory management and order fulfillment.
Conduct in-field training and demonstrations of AQAD’s mobile application, guiding
suppliers through account setup and app usage.
2. Account Setup & Documentation
Assist suppliers in account creation, ensuring all required documents are collected and
verified.
Ensure suppliers understand platform features such as product catalog management,
order tracking, and pricing adjustments.
3. Supplier Account Management & Support
Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, providing ongoing support and resolving
any issues related to platform usage or order fulfillment.
Monitor supplier activity on the platform, assisting with updates to product catalogs, stock
levels, and pricing as needed.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track supplier onboarding success, fulfillment rates, and account activity, providing regular
reports to the Head of Supplier Onboarding.
Collect and analyze feedback from suppliers to improve the onboarding process and
enhance platform usability.
5. Performance-Based KPI Achievement
Meet monthly and quarterly targets for supplier onboarding, successful transactions, and
overall supplier engagement on the AQAD platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all procurement activities align with AQAD’s
operational standards and business objectives.
6. Supplier Training & Support
Provide training to suppliers on using AQAD’s platform for real-time inventory updates,
order tracking, and payment processing.
Offer continuous support to ensure that suppliers are well-integrated and can manage
their operations effectively through AQAD.
Skills
Must-Have Skills and Expertise
FMCG Procurement Experience: Demonstrated experience in FMCG supplier onboarding and
procurement processes.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using mobile applications for inventory management and
supplier onboarding
Negotiation Skills: Skilled at securing competitive terms with suppliers and effectively
managing procurement activities.
Supplier Relationship Management: Excellent communication skills for building and
maintaining strong supplier partnerships.
Problem-Solving Ability: Able to address issues promptly and ensure a smooth onboarding
experience for suppliers.
