We are Seafood Trading and Exporting company. We do have an urgent requirement for the position of Secretary to be based in Dubai.



  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
  • Make travel arrangements & Document expenses in reports.
  • Schedule and manage all appointments and meetings to ensure they happen at the required time.
  • Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
  • Build the company's reputation by greeting customers, clients, and visitors in a cordial, charming, and helpful manner.

Skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • Pleasing personality with good interpersonal relations.
  • Skilled professional with adequate knowledge of digital Office suite and general fundamentals of computing.
  • Enthusiastic professional with a keen interest in collaborating and working in teams to derive the best possible output.
  • Ability to conduct assigned tasks with the help of suitable MS Office software and online tools.
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
