- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Make travel arrangements & Document expenses in reports.
- Schedule and manage all appointments and meetings to ensure they happen at the required time.
- Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
- Build the company's reputation by greeting customers, clients, and visitors in a cordial, charming, and helpful manner.
