  • Market Analysis: Conduct research on the local real estate market to stay informed of property values, new developments, and neighborhood trends.
  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, lenders, appraisers, and contractors.
  • Documentation: Prepare all necessary paperwork, including contracts, lease agreements, closing statements, and any other legal documentation required in real estate transactions.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties, utilizing online listings, social media, open houses, and other channels.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
