• Inspect furniture upon delivery and installation for damage or defects, ensuring all products meet company standards.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively for assembly, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations and installation schedules and processes.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in carpentry or furniture assembly is a plus.
• Proven experience in furniture installation or a related field.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move furniture items, as well as perform manual labor as needed.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
