We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients to help them buy, sell, or rent properties. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties in Ajman.
  • Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and legal processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property listings, and local developments in Ajman.
  • Work closely with property developers, property owners, and potential buyers to close deals successfully.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Ajman real estate market is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven with a desire to succeed.
