Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties in Ajman.
- Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and legal processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.
- Stay updated with market trends, property listings, and local developments in Ajman.
- Work closely with property developers, property owners, and potential buyers to close deals successfully.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Ajman real estate market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
