Responsibilities and Duties:

1.     Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Formulate and implement plans to achieve annual targets and increase market share.

2.     Sales Team Management: Lead, direct, and train a team of sales representatives, providing necessary support to motivate them and achieve desired outcomes.

3.     Sales Data Analysis: Track performance and analyze results to make informed strategic decisions.

4.     Performance Reporting: Deliver regular reports to senior management, including suggestions for performance improvement.

5.     Client Relationship Building: Oversee strategic relationship management with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

6.     Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, planning, and finance departments to ensure alignment on strategic objectives across teams.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1.     Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with prior experience managing a sales team.

6.     Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with sales management tools.
