Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive product marketing programs, from campaign planning to execution, to drive engagement and growth.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, covering product positioning, digital marketing, customer retention, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Coordinate PR, events, and activation marketing activities for each product line, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Build and maintain partnerships with merchants and employers to create valuable offers and discounts for customers.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, analyzing campaign results and providing insights and recommendations for optimization

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, event management, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, wallets, tech products, or banking (B2C & B2B).
· Proven expertise in event management, brand management, digital marketing, CRM, PR, and activations.
· Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent presentation and written communication skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and work as a team player
