Responsibility:
• Develop Sales Strategy: Plan and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in construction and interior design sectors.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential clients, generate leads, present joinery solutions, and close deals.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Project Coordination: Work with project teams to ensure timely, on-spec delivery; manage client expectations.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales activities and report performance metrics to management.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events and promote brand credibility.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on joinery products, materials, and industry standards.
Qualification:
• Must have experience working with Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and other Emirates Estate developers / Main Contractors as a supplier (hardware, joinery, or other finishing items).
• Established contacts and sources for suppliers in the market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
