• Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and requirements, providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery and installation process.
• Plan and execute the timely delivery of furniture to customers’ homes, ensuring safe handling and transportation.
• Assist furniture installation technician with the assembly and installation of furniture, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
• Identify and clarify customer requirements prior to delivery, ensuring that all expectations are met.
• Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery or installation process, providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions, and installation feedback for quality control and future reference.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations during transportation and installation of furniture.
• Work closely with warehouse staff and other team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring safety for yourself and others on the road.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in furniture assembly/installation is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, delivery, or furniture installation roles preferred.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move furniture items, as well as perform manual labor as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Available to work in flexible shifts.
• Time management skills

• Can speak in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
