Responsibilities
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs in smart home automation, ELV, and BMS solutions.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or new project engagements.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Track sales metrics, set performance targets, and monitor progress to ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop strategies and campaigns for business growth.
Skills
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the Smart Home automation, ELV, or BMS sectors.
• Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of the Smart Home, ELV, and BMS industries, including emerging trends and technologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience closing large-scale projects.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with sales forecasting, budgeting, and achieving sales targets.
