- Maintain and organize key documents, such as leases, agreements, and mall policies, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
- Act as the main contact for tenants and vendors, addressing inquiries, requests, and escalations with clear communication.
- Track maintenance requests, tenant issues, and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution, proper documentation, and follow-ups.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and staff insurance, as well as tracking permits and licenses to meet deadlines.
