Position – Customer Relations Executive in Boutique
Location - Dubai
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience:
- Greet customers when they enter the store and give a positive first impression.
- Create a memorable experience for all clients being celebrated in the boutique.
- Ensure the VIP visitors are comfortably seated and attained to their hospitality requirement i.e., refreshment, coffee, tea, and water.
- Assess the requirements of the clients and channel it to appropriate sales team member within the boutique.
- Manage the reception of clients according to the maximum capacity allowed within the BTQ to ensure every walk in is attended by a sales consultant.
- Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills while interacting with queuing clients.
- Interduce the client to the reception process (aftersales, allocation, normal walk in) process within the Boutique.
- Manage client appointment system in coordination with the boutique team.
- Ensure a meticulous operation for scheduled celebration well in advance (Instore client celebrations)
- All celebration related orders such as cake flowers/ desert drinks etc. are planned followed up and received on time.
- Maintain a good relationship with vendors and suppliers supplying all celebration related orders.
- Ensure all interaction with the visiting clients (walk in allocation after sales) is captured in SIMS for better visibility for the management.
Team Management
- Ensure hospitality team presence all the time around the VIP lounge to swiftly attend to the client’s hospitality orders.
- Present self as a role model demonstrating top class appearance, hygiene and conduct for self and hospitality team.
- Manage the roster of hospitality team.
- Be proactive and identify areas of improvement and share feedback
Boutique Operations
- Know-how of all facilities in the boutique.
- Ensures the timely replenishment boutique hospitality supplies e.g. (water, coffee capsules, milk, refreshments corocoros, glasses cups etc.)
- Liaise with the Boutique Manager and provide the later with detailed report about previous day events and activities within the boutique.
- Proactively Inform Boutique Manager about potential customer complaints/ frequent customers inquiries.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or aviation
- Possess excellent verbal, and public speaking skills
- Perfect time management skills to ensure services to clients are not delayed
- Possess vibrant attitude and polite personality

- Ability to work flawlessly and effortless under stress and pressure
