Government Relations Clerk

• Receive and initiate various government related transactions from the group entities.

• Submit applications in different government portals including EDNRD, Tasheel, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Economic, Ministry of Emigration and Civil Defense.

• Follow-up completion of all transactions and provide timely update to entities and GR management about application status.

• Systematic filing of transaction documents and proper electronic archiving in GR shared folders.

• Follow-up expiry dates of all trade license, trade marks, agencies and initiate renewal process untill completion.

• Apply for new residency/ Labor card/ Work permit for ESAG Group employees and follow-up and initiate renewals during expiry .

• Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects on the firms dealing and working.

• Compile, sort and organize data to be entered into the databases or electronic files.

• Maintaining office co-ordination and link between the department/person and the rest of the Group.

• Pay attention to details and input data correctly and accurately.

• Maintain and update workflow record regarding work completed and work pending.

• Any other assignments as envisaged by your superiors from time to time.

Skills

• Minimum Bachelors Degree OR Diploma in any stream.

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar industry in a multinational/ Multicultural environment preferred.

• Knowledge of Computing skills.

• Good Communication and presentation skills.

• Good Interpersonal Skills.

• Fluency in English and Arabic (desirable)
