Operations & Vendor Management: Monitor and follow up on the stock deliveries to the Ecom partners.
Manage the entire processes of Purchase Orders and Invoicing/Returns and Reconciliations of stocks.
Stock Planning & Promotion Planning: Planning inventory with all customers and distributors in advance at granular level and rollout consumer promotion letter with the aligned weighted spend internally & distributor.
Master Hygiene & Listing Gap: Ensure monthly hygiene check on all customer/distributor sku master and update replenishment status to all key stake holders. Listing of all gap articles on across platforms.
Sales Target: Deliver month, quarter & annual targets planned with distributors & customers.
New Business Development: Onboard new customers to the brand, negotiate on commercial terms and ensure monthly billing.
Report and Analysis: Provide sales reports by category and country, activation effectiveness reports, consumer trends, Inventory details with partners among others.
Financial Hygiene: Ensure all accounts & distributors’ claims are processed & settled within set timelines. And create provision vs actual monthly, quarterly & annual spend tracker
Skills
4+ years of experience in e-commerce roles.
Strong analytical mindset and understanding of performance marketing metrics.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and analysis.
