Description:

As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our wellness center, ensuring each client has a warm and inviting experience. Your role is essential in creating a positive first impression and supporting the daily operations of the center. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Client Reception: Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about our services
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and manage client appointments, coordinating for smooth daily operations
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform essential administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate client records
  • Phone Answering: Answer and direct calls professionally, taking accurate messages as needed
  • Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and organized reception area, enhancing the client experience


Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Positive and friendly demeanor
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a wellness or healthcare setting
