We are seeking an experienced Barbecue Chef with a strong background in Turkish, Arabic, or Persian cuisines to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing and managing authentic barbecue dishes, maintaining a high standard of taste and presentation, and a passion for grilling excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Grill: Expertly handle a variety of barbecue dishes, including kebabs, grilled meats, and traditional barbecue recipes, using authentic techniques and spices.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all dishes meet high taste and presentation standards, staying true to the flavors and style of Turkish, Arabic, or Persian barbecue.
- Manage the Barbecue Station: Take full responsibility for the barbecue area, managing temperatures, marinating ingredients, and grilling meats to perfection.
- Stock and Hygiene: Monitor ingredient stock, prepare marinades, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the barbecue area.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service, especially during peak hours.
