Insurance Co-ordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to manage insurance claims, policy renewals, and ensure that all insurance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
Coordinate with insurance providers to handle claims, approvals, and settlements.
Maintain records of policy renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
Verify insurance coverage and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and coverage.
Collaborate with internal departments to address insurance needs and provide solutions.
Monitor and analyze claim trends to suggest improvements in risk management.
Assist with preparing insurance-related reports for management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Insurance Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
