- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers, highlighting the value and quality of our products.
- Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing relationships with contractors, developers, interior designers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering superior customer service and ensuring satisfaction with the products delivered.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met in terms of quality, timelines, and customization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the woodwork, joinery, furniture industry and fit out works.
• Mandatory minimum 2 years’ experience in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of woodwork materials, furniture manufacturing, and custom joinery products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
