Parts Sales Senior Officer (Arabic Speaker)

  • Evaluate the annual order & sales targets cascaded by the company in order to plan the sales strategy and activities that will help achieve these targets
  • Work with the existing dealerships across the Middle East and African region to identify requirements for genuine parts and develop sales forecasts
  • Develop pricing proposals at competitive rates for the dealerships to ensure sales is maximized
  • Coordinate with the respective operations teams to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner and ensure any delays are proactively managed 
  • Work closely with the dealerships to ensure healthy stock inventory is maintained and the parts are readily available for the customer
  • Coordinate with the dealership to monitor the CRM data for visibility on the sales & inventory data in order maintain an optimal level of stock
  • Set up and train the dealerships on Sales Performance Indicator (SPI) reporting
  • Lead the marketing activities in conjunction with the dealership to ensure parts are promoted across all levels
  • Responsible for the payment collection from Dealer/DB on or before its due date. 
  • Conduct market surveys to evaluate competitor activity and the demand for company's parts in the region to ensure sales plans are adjusted accordingly
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with the dealerships for sustainability of business.
  • Grasp and enhance Dealers’ activities (Monthly SPI, KPI, etc.)
  • Coordinate the internal and external cooperation on the basis of relationship of trust to proceed with the work.
  • Report and consult to the managers depending on the necessity and the requirement.
  • Make SPI report material & report the SPI to the HQ & internally.
  • Implement sales promotion activity.
  • Create new rule for better & smooth operation.
  • Make the operation manual for the newcomer.
  • Not only focus on Parts sales Group but always consider about company benefit or Parts Dept benefit & take action.
  • Do not only focus on Parts Sales group specific job but also take care & handle Parts Dept job.
  • Make presentation & explain in Dealer conference.
  • Frequent business trips within the Middle East and African regions are required, with the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and destinations.

Skills

  • Years of Experience: 5-7 yrs relevant experience in automotive industry
  • Educational Background: Engineering / University Degree
  • Experience of Spare Parts Sales of Automotive industry is mandatory.
  • Native Arabic Speakers
