We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Ads Expert to handle our Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, focusing on off-plan real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create compelling ad content that converts leads into customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads focused on off-plan real estate properties.
  • Optimize ads to maximize ROI and generate quality leads for our real estate projects.
  • Conduct thorough market research and audience segmentation to target potential investors and buyers effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure ad campaigns align with business goals and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities.
  • Create detailed reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements for better results.

Proven experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, specifically for driving engagement, leads, and sales for real estate projects.
