Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take charge of the entire supply chain function within this thriving organisation. This key role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse operations, fleet management, and supply chain optimisation initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally within the food manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, and fleet operations.
  • Proven ability to optimise supply chain processes and drive operational improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems.
