We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Waiter/Waitress Supervisor to lead and manage our service team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced and professional dining environment. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the service team, maintain high standards of service quality, and act as a role model for customer care and teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support waitstaff to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage shift schedules and allocate duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the cleanliness, hygiene, and setup of the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management and daily reporting.
Skills
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and resolve issues.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and resourceful in handling operational challenges.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and basic administrative tools is an advantage.
