Onboarding Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Assist in implementing and managing onboarding programs to create an engaging experience for new hires.
  • Prepare and organize onboarding materials such as welcome packets, orientation guides, and training schedules.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant departments to schedule and facilitate orientation sessions and introductory meetings
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company’s culture, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure new hires complete required paperwork, including contracts and benefits enrolment


Skills

Preference 

  • Banking experience in UAE in employee Onboarding
  • Knowledge of legal standards, including UAE labor laws, is required
  • Immediate Joiners

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Onboarding, HR, or Talent Acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
