Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Qualifications: 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
