As a Team Coordinator, you will manage various administrative and operational tasks to support our sales and leasing team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing attendance, handling lead distribution, managing listings, and coordinating between teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Monitor attendance for the sales and leasing team.
- Handle incoming telephone calls from potential clients and listings.
- Distribute new leads to the sales and leasing team and accurately enter lead information into the system.
Listing Management:
- Publish finalized property listings on various portals.
- Enter promoted portal information into the CRM and ensure proper presentation of fäm Properties' listings.
- Attend bi-weekly sales meetings to compile and manage the list of “hot properties” for the week.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure properties remain competitive in the market.
- Serve as the technical liaison between the Marketing Team and Dubizzle.
CRM and Project Coordination:
- Create new CRM entries for off-plan projects, including research on project features, developer details, and relevant photos.
- Ensure timely updates in CRM to reflect the progress of sales and/or leasing activities.
- Assist Sales & Leasing Advisors with Deal Submission Forms and follow up on progress, reporting to the Project Director.
Administrative Support:
- Verify and maintain up-to-date information on all electronic marketing platforms.
- Adhere to the company’s client management strategies and promote excellent client service.
- Support Sales & Leasing Advisors with administrative tasks during busy periods as directed by the Project Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
