Job Description:

• Ensure regular maintenance and smooth operation of all store IT hardware, including POS, KDS, printers, and networking devices.
• Maintain LAN, internet, and telephonic systems across stores, troubleshooting connectivity issues and coordinating with external vendors as needed.
• Provide first-level support for POS systems, manage escalations for higher-level issues, and ensure smooth integration with aggregators in the KSA region.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure staff are well-trained on POS and inventory applications for seamless store operations

Skills

Qualifications:

• Open to Indian and Pakistani nationalities
• Male, 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years of KSA experience in similar role preferably within restaurant or retail sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Must have valid KSA driver’s license
