Position Summary:
The Network & Device Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure and devices to ensure seamless connectivity and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network equipment.
- Perform network performance analysis and implement improvements.
- Ensure network security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide technical support for end-users and connected devices.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in network and device management.
- Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security tools.
- Hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
