Receptionist / Admin Assistant (Arabic Speaker)
Position Summary:
The Receptionist / Admin Assistant will manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. Fluency in Arabic is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence in Arabic and English.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support office operations, including managing supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English as needed.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
