Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote telecom products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections, provide accurate information, and close sales.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on telecom products, services, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role in the telecom industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation skills.
