We are looking for Chinese Online Call Sales Agent to join the team.
Main Responsiblities will include:
- Convert Leads into paying clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer calls from customers professionally and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Experience in Email and Chats in Professional and timely manner.
- Understand and promote financial products and services to meet client needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with leads and closing sales in a timely manner
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to provide accurate information to clients
- Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Skills
- Hard selling Persuasive skills
- Perfect Knowlegde of English and Chinese is a must
- Knowlegde of Chinese customer approach and mentality is preferable
