We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager who will play a key role in expanding our market presence. In this position, you will be responsible for increasing the number of properties under our management and attracting new property owners.
The main task is to identify new partners, build long-term relationships with property owners and companies, and actively contribute to the growth of our business.

What will you do?
- Apartment Portfolio Growing: Increase the number of holiday home apartments by identifying and securing new opportunities, such as emerging areas or new developments in Dubai.
- Lead Generation: Proactively find new property owners, developers, and corporate clients through industry events, online platforms, and targeted outreach.
- Onboarding New Owners: Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, property assessments, and listing setup, ensuring a smooth transition and quick integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and property management teams to ensure alignment with business goals and streamline processes.

Skills
Our ideal candidate:
- Experienced in addressing the most challenging objections, turning doubts into successful deals.
- Makes decisions based on key metrics and market analysis, ensuring strategies are backed by numbers.
- 5+ years in business development or real estate with a strong history of closing complex deals and exceeding targets.
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Chinese a plus) with a solid network in Dubai’s real estate market.
- Has a deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate and short-term rental landscapes.
