One of our prestigious client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, possess excellent negotiation skills, and be committed to providing exceptional service to clients. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong networking abilities, and a proven track record of successful property sales and rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers and tenants.
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
Market Research & Property Listings:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest property listings, market trends, and pricing in the UAE.
- Gather market intelligence on available properties and competitive pricing.
- List properties for sale or rent on relevant platforms and ensure they are well-promoted.
Negotiation & Sales Process:
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions between buyers, sellers, and landlords.
- Facilitate smooth transactions from the initial negotiation to contract signing.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to help them make informed decisions.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Guide clients through the required paperwork for the transfer of ownership or lease.
Networking & Business Development:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract new clients.
- Attend industry events, property expos, and networking sessions to expand professional connections.
Customer Service:
- Provide post-sale and post-rental support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, fostering repeat business and referrals.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Proven track record of successful property transactions in the UAE market.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Real estate certification or license (if required by local regulations).
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
