Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products/services to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and competitor activity.
  • Client Consultations:
  • Actively listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions that match their requirements.
  • Educate clients on how our products/services can improve their business or personal needs.
  • Provide accurate information and follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools and sales platforms.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery details with clients to close deals.
  • Customer Service and Retention:
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Handle any post-sale concerns or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and increase sales effectiveness.
  • Share insights with team members to improve sales approaches and tactics.


Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
